Using the site
Precinct Progress is provided to help people find their precinct and support Democratic precinct organizing. By using it you agree to these terms.
Accounts & access
Organizer accounts are granted based on a political position, not open registration. You're responsible for everything done under your account — keep your credentials to yourself; sharing them gives away the keys to the kingdom and we cannot protect against it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the contact information here — no scraping or harvesting it for spam, solicitation, harassment, or any commercial purpose. Use it for legitimate civic and organizing contact only.
Accuracy
We work to keep precinct and chair data current but can't guarantee it's complete or error-free; it's provided "as is."
Liability
The site is provided without warranties; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
